Refund and Returns Policy

At Charms&more, we focus on offering you quality products and excellent service. Below, we detail our returns and liability policy so that you have all the information before making your purchase.

1. We do not accept returns of delivered accessories

1.1 Accessories Delivered:
We do not accept returns of accessories that have already been delivered, unless the product is in poor condition or has a factory defect.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

2.1 Request for Review:
If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days after receiving it. Send us photos of the item and details of the problem to contact@charmsymore.com. Once the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement or a solution.

3. We Do Not Make Cash Refunds

3.1 Exchanges or Store Credits:
No refunds are given under any circumstances. If the product is defective, we will offer a replacement or store credit for future purchases.

4. Undelivered Shipments Due to Incorrect Address

4.1 Client Responsibility:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the complete and correct address at the time of purchase. Charms&more will not resend accessories if delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional cases, we may offer alternatives. If you have a particular situation, please contact us to discuss it.
