Charms&more Shipping Policy

At Charms&More, our goal is to ensure that you receive your accessories in a timely manner. It is essential to us that you receive your order within a maximum of 35 days after your order has been processed. If you do not receive your accessories within this time frame, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation in the best possible way. contacto@charmsymore.com.mx.

By making a purchase at Charms&more, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to all of our policies, including our shipping policy.



1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.


1.2 Business Days:
Order processing is done Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.


1.3 Modifications and Cancellations:
It is essential to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase, as modifications or cancellations are not accepted once the order has been processed.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request changes. Please contact us at contacto@charmsymore.com.mx to check availability of changes before shipping.



2. Shipping Times

2.1 Accessories with “Immediate Delivery” Label:
These products are shipped from our inventory in Mexico and should arrive within 2 to 7 business days.


2.2 Accessories without “Immediate Delivery” Label:
Accessories without a “Fed Now” label are shipped from our supplier in China. The estimated delivery time is 10-28 days.

These orders may arrive on different dates and in different packages . Upon arrival in Mexico, packages will be handled by local couriers such as J&T Express, Quality Post or Mail Americas. The tracking number may change upon arrival in Mexico.

2.3 Receive Everything in One Package
If you plan to make several purchases, we recommend choosing the option to receive everything in one package. With this option, we receive all the accessories first and then send them to you together in one shipment.

Please note that the tracking number will be provided to you once we have all the products and the package is ready to be shipped. This option is ideal if you prefer to avoid receiving multiple separate shipments.

Orders are shipped via FedEx for $188 MXN or for purchases of $999, shipping is free. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 25 days.

2.4 Shipment Tracking:
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is confirmed so you can follow the status of your order. TRACK YOUR ORDER


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the purchase process, based on the destination and weight of the order. In extended areas, the additional cost will be covered by the customer.

  • Standard Shipping: $100 MXN (J&T Express, Quality Post, Mail Americas)
  • FREE SHIPPING: Available for purchases over $1,000 MXN. (J&T Express, Quality Post, Mail Americas, Fedex.
  • Shipping in a Single Package: $188 MXN
  • Immediate Delivery Shipping: $188 MXN (FedEx), applicable only for products labeled as “Immediate Delivery”

4. Instructions for Shipping Data

To avoid problems with delivery, make sure you enter the following information correctly:

• Complete Address: Includes exterior and interior number (if applicable), neighborhood, city, state, zip code and additional references.
• Address Verification: The address must be correct and complete. We are not responsible for problems arising from incorrect or non-existent addresses. We will not be able to modify or cancel the order once it has been processed.

5. Customs and Taxes

Charms&More does not cover any taxes or customs charges that may be applicable in your country. It is your responsibility to check for additional payments upon receipt of your order.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages


6.1 Troubleshooting:
If your package arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work to provide you with a suitable solution at contact@charmsymore.com.mx.



7. Packages with Delay or No Movement in Tracking

7.1 Responsibility for Delivery:
Once we hand over your order to the courier, the responsibility for delivery falls on them. However, we are available to assist you in case of any delivery-related issues, providing you with the necessary information and working with you to resolve the situation.


7.2 Claims for Delay:
Orders that do not show any tracking activity for more than 30 calendar days are eligible for a claim . Please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy .



8. Failed Delivery

If the carrier attempted to deliver the order and you were not available, we recommend coordinating a new delivery directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for undelivered products due to incorrect addresses or lack of communication after a failed delivery attempt.



9. International Orders

Currently, we only ship within Mexico.


10. Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives incomplete, please contact us immediately to resolve the situation at contacto@charmsymore.com.mx .


11. Special Requests

For products not available in our store, you can request a quote via Instagram DM or WhatsApp .



12. Delivery Time
